A new plan is being set for purchasing medications in Peoria, Ariz., this plan will require people to give their fingerprints before buying a medication from pharmacies, as the Phoenix suburb is thinking seriously about setting a new rule which requires the users of highly-abused drugs like OxyContin and Percocet to give not only their fingerprints but also a video tape showing them when they take the medicineā¦, the main goal of this new rule and it’s procedures is to prevent abusers from making any kind of illegal purchases to medications, even they want take the fingerprints of people who buy medication to their family member, however the civil rights advocates stated that their new method is considered a bad violation on the rights of privacy to people.
